Executive Chauffeur Terms and Conditions

1. Executive Chauffeur Service is pleased to advise its clients that it is able to proved 1st class travel to all destinations from its South West Location.
2. Long distance journeys involving overnight stay for a chauffeur will be chargeable.
3. Local journeys are based on a mileage charge set by the local authority.
4. Congestion charge will be added Monday to Friday into London.
5. Toll bridge and Road tolls charges will be added.
6. Delays we will endeavour to reach your chosen destination at the time prescribed, but we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond our control. Executive Chauffeur Service does not accept responsibility for any financial or implication’s as a result of such incidents.
7. Airport Transfers and collections we have set rates for airport transfers and collections. We monitor the flights as closely as possible to minimise any parking charges but flight status checks are not always accurate. We include a reasonable amount of waiting time for meeting flights but we reserve the right to impose waiting time charge an hour after the flight has landed or has been delayed.
8. Cancellation We appreciate that circumstance change and we will try and accommodate those changes wherever possible. Any cancellations that are made 48 hours before will incur 50% charge and if within 24 hours the full cost of the hire will be charged.
9. Smoking we adopt a no smoking policy in any of our vehicles.
10. Licensing & Insurance all our drivers and vehicle are licensed and registered with Wilshire Council.
